Source specialized components for heavy-duty machinery including hydraulic systems, undercarriage parts, electrical components, and heavy structural wear-plates.

Ensure all purchased tools and equipment accessories meet safety regulations and manufacturer specifications.
2. Vendor Negotiation & Supply Chain Logistics

Evaluate and select reliable vendors based on product authenticity, pricing, warranty terms, and delivery speed.

Negotiate favorable payment terms, bulk-purchase discounts, and long-term service agreements with spare parts suppliers.

Manage urgent dispatch logistics to send required spare parts and repair kits directly to active construction sites without operational delays.
3. Inventory Management & Cost Control
